Existing Condition :Deck falling apart, roof leaks, gutters under sized, exterior wood trim and siding damage, old exterior light fixtures and needing exterior paint.

Customer's Request : Fix roof leak, replace deck reusing as much existing deck as possible, fix wood trim and siding without replacing entire house, replace gutters and gutter covers and repaint exterior.

Process : CRES Builders determined roof leak problem and resolved issue, rebuild deck reusing floor joists, replaced only damaged trim and siding, replaced front porch light fixtures, cut down several trees on neighbor
