Project Scope of Work: Customer hired CRES Builders Corp. to remodel their single family detached home prior to moving out of their townhome and into their new home. They wanted the entire 1st level remodeled, build out included: to the stud remodel of hallway bathroom, detail changes in the master bathroom, resurface floors and repaint the entire 1st level, fireplace surround update, create open concept between kitchen and family room, removing load bearing walls in foyer, electrical updated throughout and update kitchen cabinets / counter tops and appliances.
