PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK: Customer hired CRES Builders Corp. to build out their 1812 sq ft basement. Home owner wanted to finish their basement so they can have more space for their hobbies. Basement build out included: kitchenette, gym, bedroom, bathroom, family room, game room, theater, and motorcycle show room. They also hired CRESA Builders Corp. to add 623 sq ft of concrete patio.
