PROJECT: Exterior Transformation/Architect's Plans
LOCATION: Johns Creek
EXISTING CONDITION: This house was outdated, so the customer drew up architectural plans to change the overall look of the exterior.
CUSTOMER'S REQUEST: This customer wanted to remove both window dormer roofs in favor of installing one main gable, while also adding two-qty dormers on either end of the foyer gables.
Additionally, they wanted to remove the brick from both side gables, install metal eye brow roofs with shake siding, and to add matching gutters and down spouts to the new roof line. With that, they also wanted to install a metal roof front porch before repainting the exterior of house and removing the existing ceiling cat walk, while also installing a new roof fan for extra air circulation.
They wanted the project finalized by matching the roof shingles and installing them at the front half of roof, while also adding a detached garage with new siding, shake, roof, gutters and down spouts which all match the rest of the home.
PROCESS: CRES Builders was hired to complete only the above mentioned scope of work. The customer hired other trades to complete other aspects of this construction.
