PROJECT: Concrete Patio, Replace Roof, Trim Repairs and Painting

LOCATION: Cumming

EXISTING CONDITION: While this roof was already nearing its expiration date due to the age of its shingles, it wound up with several roof leaks and broken soffit that was in need of repair. In addition, the stairs leading from the basement door lead directly into a dirt yard.

CUSTOMER'S REQUEST: This particular customer wanted a roof replacement along with some trim work (repair and painting), as well as the installation of a two-level concrete patio off the back of the house.

PROCESS: CRES Builders completed the roof replacement, trim repair, and painting in four days; however, a month later the customer again hired us to pour his two-level concrete patio. At both projects, CRES Builders used the best products and systems to prevent future warranty issues.
