PROJECT: Classic Pavilion

CUSTOMER'S NEEDS: This customer was looking to add a pavilion that looked like it was built during the home's original construction; however, they also wanted it to be a comfortable, functional space where they could spend time, and entertain friends & family.

PROCESS: We added an attached pavilion that included: wrapped faux stone 8" x 8" cedar posts, t&g 1" x 6" pine ceiling, large-cased beams, crown molding with hidden ambiance rope lighting, a ceiling fan with dimmer, an extended concrete patio with 12" x 12" slate tile, 3-piece paver system, 2 large faux stone seating benches, and custom landscaping.
