PROJECT: Bath Remodel
LOCATION: Hall County
EXISTING CONDITION: Outdated bathroom.
CUSTOMER'S REQUEST: This customer had grown tired of their outdated bathroom and was looking for something modern and functional. Therefore, they wanted us to:
- Replace the main window
- Repair all damaged drywall
- Install a fan/light combo
- Add a soaking tub with tile surround - in a modern design
- Install a uniquely patterned new tile floor
- Add a new vanity with custom light fixtures
- Replace the bathroom door and shower door
- Install a new toilet and sink faucet
- Freshly paint the walls
PROCESS: We completely demolished the entire bathroom (down to the wall studs) and replaced the damaged dimensional lumber. We then installed new wall insulation while also laying the concrete tile backer board on the floors and walls, and added joint sealer to the bathroom tub stall wall joints.
From there, we worked with the customer as they selected tile patterns, grout color, and other finishes, before properly installing each component so both the rough and final inspections could be passed.
Once the job was complete, we provided the customer with a certificate of completion.
