Project Scope of Work: Customer hired CRES Builders Corp. to build out their basement 900 sq ft basement. Home owner had basement completed when children were young, now that her children are in college; she wanted to modernize it for her own hobbies. Remodel including bringing everything up to code and refinishing: laundry, bedroom, bathroom, stairs, office, family room, game room and bar. She was pleased with her basement remodel, so she hired us to convert an upstairs bedroom into an open concept loft for her office and remove some carpet and install hardwood floors at the 2nd level of her home.
