PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK: Customer hired CRES Builders Corp. to build out their 1116 sq ft basement. Home owner wanted to transform their basement so they could entertain, hang out as a family and have extended guests. Basement build out included: kitchenette, theater, family room, bedroom and bathroom. They also were hired us to complete some soft and hardscapes, including planting some tress, pavers with fire pit and an under deck system.
